Rooted (be-rooted.app) is run by Antoine Mace. Contact us at contact@be-rooted.app. By using the site you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is covered by our privacy policy.

Venues, merchants and products on Rooted are added by local contributors. We try to keep them accurate, but opening hours, stock and prices change, so check with the business before you make a special trip. Listings are provided “as is” and we aren't responsible for the goods or services businesses offer.

• Only publish accurate information about businesses you represent or have permission to list.
• Only upload photos and text you own or have the right to use, and don't show people who haven't agreed to it.
• You keep ownership of your content, and you let us show it on Rooted and in links shared from it.
• Keep your login to yourself. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Don't use Rooted to post anything illegal, misleading, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk or get around its security.

If a listing is wrong, infringes your rights or looks illegal, email contact@be-rooted.app with a link to the page. We'll review it and remove it if needed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, Rooted is a free service and we aren't liable for losses arising from its use or from relying on a listing.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
